RE:Question Any grower (Canada) must have growing license from Health Canada. Big lineup/time delay in getting one. Several stages of license - Cultivation start liense/approval, testing of product, sales license, etc.

They also determine capacity (a) Allowed to harvest su much (b) Allowed to sale so much, etc.

It may take upto a year (or more) to get Sales license.
