RE:RE:RE:Substantial Issuer Bid via Modified Dutch AuctionWell the "preliminary" (whatever that means) results for the Dutch Auction have been released:

BPY - Only 14.1M shares tendered and the final price was US$21 (wow!) and thus only US298M of the offered US405M was filled - which means NO sellers, even at US$21.

BPR - 4.7M shares tendered and the final price was only US$20.3 (wow?) and thus the full US95M offered was filled - which means lots of sellers, which says that either a bunch of arb funds bought shares right after the announcement of the Auction OR there is lots of sellers at the BPR level which is not great news - but its only US$95M.
