even if you read the context, of this article there's no reason to believe his suggestion of a "buy".  As noted in the write-up the burnrate is a concern.  They will burn through that cash by mid-year especially if that joke-of-a-deal Panag goes through.

I strongly suggest shareholders do their DD on that deal.
