RE:ALEF RetracingI believe the deadline for financials is EOM but I believe someone on the board had contacted IR and they told them it would most likely be a week before, so the 23rd, As for the downward pressure I would just say that the company just added a massive number of shares to the pool and a decrease in share price is only to be expected, im still waiting for this downward trend to change before buying more, make no mistake when I do buy more it will be a large amount, great company with solid management.
