RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Newbie QuestionHard to say because every company is different, and the fact that GBI is a private company it's hard to tell what their valued at. IGNG has 38.5m outstanding shares and VREO has 110m. If GBI were to be valued at the same price as VREO, the shares of IGNG (GBI) would be around $14.00 to get the market cap equal to VREO. But like i said we dont know what GBI is valued at so its hard to say what the price will be until they release the deal (if the deal still goes through). Sorry, i'm not the best at explaining things.
