RE:RE:Proposed MergerI also do not see any value in this merger.  What eCobalt needed to go forward was cash.  This proposed merger partner has no cash to speak of.  Certainly not enough to get eCobalt mine up and running.  I also want to know what happened to all of eCobalt's cash since 09/30/18.  A lawsuit may be necessary to hold the Board and managment accountable and to stop this merger.
