Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

Bohlsen did not bring anything new to the table, he just copy pasted some pages from the corporate presentation and put it together into an article with a general introduction about the history of batteries on top quoting what JSL said in the most recent news.

I was honestly not impressed with his article, he did a way better job when he talked about CRE on Seeking Alpha..
He actually reminded me of the emails I get from Paradox when CRE issues a news release. By the time we receive Paradox's communication, we have already read the news everywhere else and discussed it for a while on this board.

Well, at least we get some exposure with his article (I hope so)..

If you look at our Corporate Presentation dated February 2019 on Page 19 you will see that the timeline Bolhsen talks about in his article is there. It is actually contradicting what is said on Page 6 of the same presentation..
I thought about emailing JSL about the mistake as it can get confusing but then I thought maybe they are not sure yet when they want to start the build and they are tired of delaying it so they decided to leave it sort of open..

In all instances there is a chance that the sell off and Bohlsen' s article are related but the article in itself did not bring anything new... Whoever sold on that news did not do their due diligence.

To me, this looked more like a financing coming and a share price that needed to be adjusted accordingly.. JMHO
