Reason for halt

Reason for halt Most likely it is just the German tender news, but not sure they would halt for just that. Could a friendly bid have rolled in contingent on German news? Maybe a cash infusion from a major without Germany in play. Kronos, Canopy, Merck or Bayer... a guy can dream.
