Noverco made an hostile bid to get our shares at a cheap price.

Will vote NO too. It's written in their own independant report that VRN can value up to 28.50$ Why only 26$.

Plus we have to do more: take few minutes to let know Valener IR that we are not happy with this story: 26$ for a stock giving 4.6% div. is a steal. In these days , a stable and growing dividend co. like this one worth more than 30$.

As for me, Noverco Management want to grab VNR growth and revenues to make easy good performances in the future and get great bonus at my expenses.
