RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great economics and 10 years of commercial production! That's good. No point diluting to pay Cougar.
But whats up on the env licences...? for a long long tme, we have been told that its just around the corner... even the P&P interview that Dan did 6 months back, he said the env license is just around the corner...
& after that we were told some public consults were due, some reports were due etc... did Dan not know this when he commited 6 back that the env license was just around the corner....? Then we had report of samples missing -- these are the very basics of operations in an exploration industry... and we seem to be messing up on the basics.
I think the board needs some serious revamping to restore credibility...

What you wrote is exactly what just happened I think. DNI tried the negotiation to extend the terms and on the last day, it looks like Cougar bailed or wanted to much. Maybe they wanted DNI in default, thinking he might wesel his way back in the company, who knows. If DNI is late than they are in default.
If they get the licence, I think its lights out and as you said, raise whatever we want for cougar + pilot plant + whatever overheads. Fot the time being, they do need to pay the CGM payment and probably other bills as well. The resource news was great but nobody cares for 2 reasons. Sentiment for graphite plays is low now and people want to see the licence. I do however think there is a greater use for the NI43101 resource and that DNI will use this to help secure the loan.
