RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NEWSTo be clear, I’m still holding my shares, so it’s not as if I’ve abandoned hope or written the company off. My point was simply that it’s unfair to paint a picture of eat without mentioning the problems management has had.
If people want to completely disregard the past, that’s their prerogative and I can see where they’re coming from now that there’s revenue happening; but there are certainly going to be other people for whom the past is significant - particularly because it’s the same group of people helming the boat, as in the past - and I believe that stance is fair and well-reasoned, as well.
Basically, while one side can argue the fact of the matter is revenue is happening now, and should increase, regardless of past mismanagement, the other side can equally argue that management has not proven they can do anything themselves yet, so it’s hard to get too excited about future prospects.
People pick their sides. I don’t care which side, so long as there are no disingenuous arguments being made, whether positive/negative. I do believe a fairly large chunk of investors are still leery of eat due to largely the same management being in place, that has disappointed in the past.
It’s entirely possible I’m wrong, as I only know the contents of my own head...but I certainly think it’s more reasonable than thinking it’s the “short n distort crowd” holding this down, or any other conspiracy theory. I mean, alliteration is fun, but it’s not an argument.
Have fun,
