What is the overall math on how much control retail can exercise over the outcome? Is there any realistic hope of getting a "no" on the consolidation if that was desired? I don't really buy the narrative that they want the power to consolidate now, but won't use it sooner than later. But if they need that power to keep the lights on until revenue starts coming in, would you really want to second guess them?
