DS - Thanks for your detailed answer (helps me understand).

This may be one reason Canopy is not moving so aggresively in USA (On Hemp), waiting for FDA clearence. Although Bruce said "NY will not wait", still it may be more comforting to get FDA kind clearence. Many thanks again.
