No one is doubting the granting of the license. It's the timing now that matters.

Today's news is a strong vote of confience that an HC license is coming. But will it be in time for this year? The clock is ticking. I would expect volatility to increase in May as we are then just a few short weeks away from a do or die scenario for a 2019 outdoor harvest.
