I think the thanks goes to Uncle Dougy Ford for
switching plans in mid stream , creating unrealistic time frames,
and delaying brick and mortar stores in Ontario, which will have the highest sales in Canada.
God help us if that numpty Scheer gets to sit in the big chair.
