RE:Can someone explain this to me???Deals may have been signed and the NR's are pending....the Licence was built into the price I guess already....once deals are signed etc, then the future movement will be based on financial strength....I am confident that a trail of NR's will be following the recent ones...hopefully with the biggest being a provincial contract, and or a contract with another major producer..jmho
