RE:What do you guys think?Means ilookabout is ganking the valuation software, clients etc, we’re “partially repaying” stableview and we’re left with a shell company with no operation and a whole lot of debt to get out of. 
Correct me if I’m wrong that’s how I’m interpreting the situation.

Maybe this news will set off some rumours and a buying frenzy that gets this P0S up to say $0.05 and I can leave this thing with a gain worthy of my time waiting.
Fat chance though it’s probably game, set and match.
