This is probably the last time you will ever be able to buy it so inexpensively. With today's announcement from Gazprom, with an update from NIS coming around 4/20 and pushing out the Sidoo's (one more to go), we should start to move higher restoring shareholders value that was destroyed by Sidoo and his acolytes.
