Offtake Agreement

Offtake AgreementI'm not sure I understand why they would even be talking to Glencore about the offtake agreement. From the numbers thrown out on the last call, it seems like a no-brainer to bring it in-house. With that, I'm not sure I fully understand all the details, so fair it might not be that simple.
