What is up with House 222?

Any minor buying and the share price jumps 7-10 cents.

Then, House 222 steps in quickly with a few 100 share sells to send it right back down.

A computer algo manipulating the share price?

If 222 was simply a seller, they should want to sell to the real buyer in volume and not drip....drip...drip the price down with a computer.

So, dropping the price to what ends? To cover a short? To coerce TH in to a placement for Nasdaq listing? For a buyoyut?
