Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

If I was Andy Difrancesco

If I was Andy DifrancescoI would know last week that earnings would be poor and cash would be needed SO me and .y Delavaco group paesanos would SHORT at $ 13.40 and receive CASH but have to replenish shares soon SO I would be part of the 300 million raise to be able to convert the debt in to shares at under $ 11.50 ( probable price conversion or lower) AND the interest received pays for the short borrow cost. Who else would step up for that cash not BMO or TD or RBC or Scotiabank or CIBC. Maybe Clarus as they do the same thing with their insiders. The rich get richer and the holders get hosed.
