RE:MUST Read!

RE:MUST Read!longknight I just read it! It is sobering. Abbott states, among other things, 'why is there a cap on the amount of shares available to retail investors' if the reason for restructuring is because Prometic needs $.  Clearly the restructuring does not make any meaningful room for the retail investor.  AND, i guess when they do a reverse split they will find a way to freeze out even more retail investors or simply vote us out because they will have the majority! OMG what a sham the Prometic board turned out to be...The only way I know to describe it is 'fraud'.  BUT I'm not optimistic anything will be done about it.
