RE:RE:roger1234, CCAbbott888, others...balain  I'll add the class-action lawsuit as an option for those who have sold and decide NOT to re-enter again. 

However, as it has been stated by some here, the process will be involving (i.e. lots of effort and time) for the chief plantiff, and no certainty of the outcome.  Also even if it's a win (or a significant settlement), the 'reward' is still more of a symbolic victory (i.e. investors being vindicated by law), than an actual meaningful recovery of ones loss (i.e. to be shared among the class, after the fee (~25%)of the law firm).

For me, my time and energy can definitely be better spent by investing in other better companies. 

However, like the investment decision, this (to be a part of a class-action lawsuit or not) is entirely personal.  Each investor is free to decide for themselves.
