RE:LOTS OF PROBLEMS AT HARVEST HEALTH !!!For others who are not too aware. This guy sounds like he wants in at a low on harvest and wants to use the PA issue as a catalyst. Steve White is a former attorney and always has a grasp on things. The licenses are spread between different entities in PA without violating the cap. The only reason this has become more than it should have is because Harvest released a statement they have licences to open up to 21 dispensaries in PA which the Health department didnt like.
