RE:RE:ProfitabilityDon't forget the screen testing Mac which if they can replicate the results seems to be a key driver in making this an extremely low cost operation. 87% of the material will be rejected because of size yet the grade increases 500% according to the test. This is remarkable because the smaller material that is left contains 5 times as much gold as just crushing the stone and throwing it all on a pad. In fact the screened material could be of a high enough gold content that they could simply truck it to an existing leach pad. In their test the head grade went from around 5g/t to 25g/t. by simply eliminating any larger material. You do lose 13% of your gold but I would imagine this process would cut costs by a huge margin and would give Carrinton the ability to go it alone if he chooses to go down that route. One thing is for certain is that this is a very exciting situation and RC and BA are both experienced enough to know they have a potentially world class disrict scale deposit on their hands. Note the word potentially because there is a lot of work to do to get to that status but they are going about it in a very clever and innovative way and are definitely thinking outside the box in devising methods to prove not only the grade but the excellent metallurgy present at Pimlico. The discussions they are now having about how to proceed are sure to be extremely interesting. The bulk sample will be one of the next steps and that will be very important. Also more screening tests to see if they can replicate the excellent results in different areas around the property. Exciting times ahead and hopefully no cheap PP's on the way although I would be surprised if there aren't various parties trying to get a bit of the action at this stage.
