RE:RE:Here is Ben Carson's comments...Not clear on which bill you are talking about, there are many on the table. What is confirmed though is the flow of money into PR has started. The US does not want companies like Tesla/solar selling product, charging a high price, then walking away with no infrstructure/employment improvements.They want sustainable business plans and companies like EHT JV's that hire local, manufacture local. Just like Ghana, All JMO.
