wyndewest it is a sad day for the longs indeed.  If you DO decide to stay with the company and can afford it, excercising the rights with new money is the ONLY way to effectively lowering your cost average (i.e if the company grows in the future=market cap increases, your investment will become profitable faster).  Don't worry about reverse spilt.  They do not change the market cap.
