This puts one original share at $0.3042... Imagine if Prometic Management asked 736M shareholders to buy 1 share for every share they owned at $0.3042 that would have infused $223.8M into the company and shareholders would still have 100%.... Not 25%. Even $0.20 would have yielded $147M.... This company is owned (was) by retail investors. This round of financing puts 20 Billion plus shares into circulation. Under the terms laid out only 33% of shareholders will be able to participate. You will effectively have to pay $0.3042 for every share you have and that will only be 25% of the new company share structure... 246M shares will be able to buy 4.9B shares of the 20B+ to be issued. I'm calling my school of business to find out names of people to call to prevent this theft from happening...
