edrose I don't know which date is the Record date as the company has not confirmed it in their recent PRs (April 15 and April 23).
The only thing we know so far is that
1. the rights offer will commence
in May.
2. It's
not SALP's current intention to take part in the rights offer.
I don't think that Consonance will take part either.
Therefore the original estimate of between
6.7 to 20 is probably correct, depending on how fully the eligible 736 M shares subscribe.
