peasoupfog yes, all the scenario you described are quite possible. However, I try to look at it as an long-term investor,
not traders who are much better at trading short-term volatility, arbritrage, short-selling etc.
After refinancing, the finance of Prometic is now re-set to a much more positive position (regardless how we got here).
If the potential catalysts (2 Lazard deals, BLA re-submission, Nasdaq listing etc)
do materialized as mentioned in April 1 Q4 2018 report, then it's very likely that the sp will recover from the current level, i.e.post refinancing/rights offers (25B shares@1.521 cents=market cap of $380M).
I'm not sure that the sp will go down as low as 1.521 cents post rights offer. That will mean a higher market cap than 380M. However, I hope that you see my point.
For any investor who decide to take part in the rights offer and whose time frame allows them to stay a bit longer than an immediate/complete exit, I think that the near to medium term (2-3 yrs) may present a more optimistic outlook than the current situation. However, always keep an eye on the cash position to watch out for the next cash raise (i.e. dilution).
