RE:RE:Latest Financials & Dividend

RE:RE:Latest Financials & Dividend Interesting Mark, may be something or maybe not.  Very hard to tell with this company.  What we do know is they are approaching or have already sold 1/3 of their properties, have a very big cash and easily liquidated assets and roughly 43 or so properties left in their portfolio.  They also have 2 properties that need to see pending lawsuits which may or may not involve them thrown out or settled.  What it looks like to me is they are liquidating as many properties as they can and maybe sell block(s) of properties they have left but who knows this is only a guess.  So far they have not issued a special dividend for years even though they have a large cash position.  The company is very tightlipped on any plans.  Just my gut feeling but I think 2019 or may be 2020 will hold some significant news on where we are going in the meantime the dividends are steady eddy.
