My own past experience with IIROC for other stocks and the recent TMX decision (on April 23) to ok PLI's application to go ahead with the plan un-interrupted do not provide much for optimism. However, one can be thankful that it's on Tuesday April 30, the uncertainty about AMF's decision will soon be cleared. From the below, I think that even the most severe cases, e.g. 'result in sanctions', probably will
not un-do what is already being done (i.e. refinancing), imo.
