This makes little sense...

Now that Cougar has been paid off, why not wait for another 2-3 weeks to get the license and raise at a higher price...

The only conclusion I can draw is that they do not expect the license within a reasonable period and hence are compelled to dilute at these ridiculous valuations...

My bigger concern however is that even if they can raise the sum, it will last hardly for a month or two and then what happens if they do not have the license in place? Looking at dark days ahead...

CM28 - any other way to look at the current raising?
