The $0.60 price was not decided upon today. No discount was given compared to today's price. The $0.60 price was locked for the placement as of March 18th. Even if the stock price was at $10 today, the PP investors would  have still gotten their shares at $0.60. Not the team's fault. It's just the price that was agreed upon since mid-March.

Again, since the funds are already raised and it's closed it might not have to big of an effect. Where I have the probem is they could have done the raise now at a higher priced which would have been less dilution. What a joke. If I were Jeff I would hope he has another NR ready such as a co-packing deal to help offset this drop.
