I went to the conference to see what was happening in the sterilization industry and to talk to the people that are in the know.  I spoke to everyone at the TSO3 booth, which was in the center of the show. The sales people that were at the booth were very up beat and all said they were very busy and that the VP4 could out preform our two biggest competitors with ease. The pipe line is growing everyday, I think the last number we had been told was around 450 leads in the hopper. This means that they are not just a hospital that might need a sterilizer, these leads are hospitals that have been given a budget and are needing to buy a sterilizer in the near future and are looking for a sterilizer like the VP4. For any of you that don't think  Runble and his team are working hard to regain share value you are wrong. It is my opinion that we should keep RR and his team in place and let them do the job.
