We are being asked to put in additional funds to PLI at $0.3042 per share we currently own. How about WE put in $0.005 per share into a class action kitty... We would raise $3M for a legal fund... Let's get this organized.

james700 Please note that there's NO cost to you or anybody who wants to start a class-action law suit.  All is needed is for someone (the chief plaintiff) to contact the law firms that deal with class-action law suits and are interested to take on Prometic's case.

I know this for a fact because in 2017 I tried to start a class-action suit against a company whose CEO has made false/misleading statements with regards to their trial results, imo.  The law firms thought that I had a case, but did not take it on because of the potential reward was not worth their while.  I have also exhausted all the complaints via various applicable security authorities, which resulted in nothing.  All I have accomplished was the experience gained by how difficult and time consuming these process are.  GL!
