If I order 6.5 shares will I probably get that
or willI have order 20 shares to get 6.5
Thanks for your advice!
beenaround2019 I think that you subscribe the amount of shares you intend (commit yourself) to buy.
If it's 6.5x, then it will be filled as subscribed (as it is
lower than the least amount (x6.7), when all eligible shares susbribe x20, then everybody will get x6.7.
I don't think that you should subscribe
more than you want. The subscription, imo, means that you intend to purchase (like an BUY order ) Hope that this is clear. GL!
Hi CC
That’s not the way I was viewing it.
I assumed that every request for Rights when all totalled up would get a percentage of what they asked for. I never thought of it that way.
Cheers
PLITheOne x6.7 is
the pro-rated amount in the extreme situation where
ALL eligible 736M shares take part in the rights offer and the total subscribed rights shares exceeds 4.9B
4.9B new rights shares ($75M/$0.01521)
6.7=4.9B shares/736M meaning
every eligible share can
buy 6.7 rights shares if/when all 736M eligigible shares take part.
So the original question of x6.5 (
less than x6.7) will be filled. Cheers!
