RE:questionIf I'm not wrong, you will receive $ 2,55 US per share, after both companies shareholders accept the deal, by a vote sometimes mid-june. Then whenever federal will say they don't want to care anymore and let the states regulate, you will receive 0,5818 share of WEED for each share of ACRG you have. Price of both shares at the time of trandsfer is irrelevant. GL - SM
