Additional notes for anyone interested

Additional notes for anyone interestedHi all, I've added additional notes in my seeking alpha blog on the rights offer for anyone interested. GL!

Notes:

  • I use 60% and 70% only as examples, therefore they are not a fixed %.
  • Depending on whether or not you put in new money and how much, the optimal % may be lower.
  • The optimal % is one that allows you to achieve the lowest cost average.
  • You need to leave enough shares in your original position to ensure that the rights share count which you can buy with the sum of sale money and new money fall in the range of x6.7 and x20 of your remaining shares(in case that the Record date is on a date AFTER your sale).
  • If somehow your rights offer is not filled completely, you can still use the left over money to buy cheap shares at the market.  The sp at the market may not be as low as 1.521 cents, but is mostly likely to be lower than 6 cents.  Therefore, buying them with the left over money will still lower the overall average of your positions.

GLTA longs!
