Now if only I could give you a simple answer to a simple question. But life is complicated these days, so here we go:
On my desktop if I click the financials tab for KL on Toronto they send me to the KL US symbol and financials show 1.30$ for 2018 basic and $1.28 for diluted. Which is USD. And if I click the quote tab I get no eps at all.
If I use my iphone, I get $1.80 CAD on the quote tab and I dont see any eps at all if I click on the financials link.
So chuck it and go to sedar SKR. Or better yet use fwd earnings. I did a calculation the other day and came to $0.60 USD for Q1 or $0.80 based on the production already announced and adding in the pog increase for the quarter as profit with no added expense. Which translated into a 15% increase which is "appropriate" as Mr. S would say.
