RE:RE:RE:UNOPS

RE:RE:RE:UNOPSRight, I guess my skepticism is better explained by the question of whether there is any publicly available confirmation of any firm deal with the third party to do business with EHT.  SHS's project is fully funded but presumably there is nothing from UNOPS requiring SHS to sub to EHT.  I suppose my complaint is that the NRs invite a postive inference or positive assumption that UNOPS has a deal with EHT, but in reality EHT is not mentioned anywhere in any UNOPS announcements.  Similarly, EHT is not mentioned anywhere by the master contractor, SHS, in any of its announcements or its "partners" links for that matter.  Can we comfortably say that because SHS's project is funded, EHT has a set path to orders and revenue?  Or can it fall apart at the whim of SHS if it decides it has a cheaper option or one of its other partners supplies similar products, for example.  Would EHT have a remedy in breach of contract if the orders don't materialize and the project goes on without it?  What certainty did EHT have to permit it to make the announcements it has regarding this solar deal?
