RE:RE:RE:RE:JRV priceThe refinery is not next to eCobalt's Idaho property, but First Cobalt's Iron Creek is next to eCobalt's mine/mill project. Iron Creek could easily use the eCobalt mill, although it does not need the arsenic removal that eCobalt needs.

The First Cobalt refinery is in Ontario Canada, a good distance from Idaho.  However, this is still much closer than other refineries - China.
