Surveyor, appreciate your post. Allow me to ask:

1. WHEN does Noront get "all their ducks in a row  contracts, PERMITS, APPROVALS, FINANCING ?
..and as u say from THAT point it will be another 5 years to make construction of facilities ..but still no mining operation

2. u have some experience w oil refinery and automotive plant  ...maybe you should be CEO (hands on) for Noront ??
