Over Promising and not delivering

PP will not help as LDS is going to use this money to pay of some of their debt however it will not get them out of the hole

PP money wont be used for anything other than management food drink and fun

People have lost faith in management and this product. Oil Prices are way down and are not expected to rebound anytime soon

the Time LDS had for first mover advantage is gone

The Market has spoken Lound and Clear
