Board Members Then and Now

Board Members Then and Now
Has anybody given any thought that perhaps that past board members which remain as part of the new team actually opposed some (or many) decisions put forward by PL but were voted against? And now that TV has control, they are getting rid of their past pro-PL opponents?

I was invited to a 5-7 on January 24, 2019 for drinks and discussions. Simon, Bruce and Fred were in attendance along with 12 retail investors including a few that post here and on Facebook. From what we were presented, I can tell you that not all were behind Pierre nor were they his biggest fans.

So, while it easy to put all the board members in the same boat as being corrupt, we must remember that a majority of votes is required to pass a resolution.

Just some food for thought
