RE:RE:RE:RE:ADD COBALT TO YOUR PORTFOLIO HERE!!!!I have read the Arrangement Agreement, the News Release and the Transaction Presentation.  None of it actually provides a reason to go forward with the merger other than that a combined Jervois, eCobalt & M2 Cobalt would be larger and maybe get more attention.  I see nothing that explains how as acombined company it would be better in operation. Still no cash to bring their projects forward.  Maybe that is the problem here, neither management or the Board know how to run a company to bring it to profitability.  They have been just living off investor money and not producing results, so lets merge and continue to do the same.  They have such an opprotunity to actually make something of eCobalt, but instead just suck all of its cash and produce no results.
