So , if this is related to the 67000 sq ft facility .. it will be a long wait through the summer .
Im no expert but what they have done by selling and leasing the space instead gives them two advantages:
1) recoups cost to build infrastructure for additional investment
2) gives them tax write offs for leasing the space
