Exactly there is a confusion about May 22, May 23 and May 24 trading days, who is going to get rights offer? or they going to HALT for those 3 days. Because we have to digest our loses LOL.
It is going to be a rough ride so be prepare for that otherwise sell all on May 21 and re enter ( if you think that is the right time to enter)
I don't like this type of investment but I have to stay untill the finish line.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
REDDY
Reddy,
1.
The Record date is May 21. So new buyers (those without any prior position) on May 22, 23, 24 will
NOT be able to take part in the rights offer.
2.
Selling ALL on May 21 is ONLY suitable, imo, for those who have decided to NOT take part in the rights offer, no matter what. For those who have sold all, but have a second thought, you can still buy some back on May 21, so that you can still take part in the rights offer.
For others who still need more time to decide, even without putting any new money,
selling a part (not all) of your position on May 21 and (the remainder after ex-rights day, if you decide to and sp makes sense, i.e. higher than 1.521 cents) can raise money to buy the rights shares to lower your average cost effectively. A lower average cost will reduce your loss, if/when you decide to close your position. 3. Reddy, very glad to hear that you're staying to the finish line (however your definition of the finish line is). When you follow your plan, it's better, imo, than any moves out of panic and fear.
4. It's possible that the sp will stay low for awhile (e.g. after the rights offer, after a R/S in June 19 AGM & before any positive news), so there will be opportunities, imo, to buy cheap shares to average down and wait for a better exit point, if/when one decides to do so, and of course if/when Prometic reports positive material news in the near term.
Good luck to you, Reddy, and all PLI longs! CC
