Stockhouse

StockhouseIts fascinating to me that stockhouse is regarded as a crucial battleground with respect to public relations and RNX .Its supposed  to be a place where individual investors exchange thier opinions and information about a particular stock .I am sure that the new investors looking for info on RNX and invested there hard earned cash in this stock felt that was the case .That is how it used to be in the prodigy days ,clearly no longer .
Its why on Hot copper which is a really good Aussie site with many expert geologists and miners ,,stockhouse is regarded as a laughing stock .One small mining ceo who is important in the Canadian mining community feels the same way .Sad how it has deteriorated to such a degree that these bbs are virtually worthless ,especially those who have huge numbers of postings like RNX.
Its clearly become the repository of people who are not individual investors  but have a hidden agenda ,I have no doubt that some are compensated .
I had looked for the terms of the sublease from golds fields in favor of RNX but had not been able to find it anywhere on the rnx website .I find it most interesting that the lease expires within 5-6 years .
Perhaps Pierre who seems so knowlegable about RNX can share with us the details of the sublease and whether there is a provision for renewal upon expiry of the sublease and under what terms ????
I had also looked on the goldfields website but it is such a large company couldn’t find it there either..
I am interested to know where this information on the sublease was obtained .Its obviously a crucial piece of due diligence in terms of deciding to own RNX (OR NOT) ,even at these low prices .arh
