Formatted better I hope...
I did it long hand and still got rounding error (didnt want to input 10 decimal places, which does make a difference when multiplying by billions).
Consonance 3,287,310,980 + existing shareholder 739,000,000 = 4,026,310,980.
Maximum shares to be issued under rights offering 4,931,554,664.
4,931,554,664 / 4,026,310,980 = 1.2248 shares granted per right if all rights exercised.
1.2248 x 3,287,310,980 = 4,026,403,791 max shares issued to Consonance.
Consonance existing shares 3,287,310,980 + max shares from rights 4,026,403,791 = 7,313,714,771
So accounting for rounding issue I mentioned my calc is in the ballpark of figures shown in Rights Offering.
